San Bernardino, CA--September 8, 2017, San Bernardino Black Culture Foundation will be hosting its Annual Black Rose & Humanitarian of the Year Community Service Awards Banquet.
San Bernardino Black Culture Foundation is proud to announce this year's recipients:
Humanitarian of the Year, Gwendolyn Rodgers; Community Service Award, Clarisa Howard; Black Rose Award, Eta Phi Beta Sorority, Lesford Duncan, and Jamie Rios.

Jim King, a member of the San Bernardino Black Culture Foundation, Inc., twenty-four years ago brought forth to the San Bernardino Black Culture Foundation the idea to host an annual event to recognize our unsung heroes. Unanimously, the San Bernardino Black Culture Foundation embraced the project…And has been recognizing unsung heroes since.
Please join us in congratulating our well-deserved recipients. The Black Rose Awards will be held at the National Orange Show, 689 South E Street, San Bernardino, CA. Tickets are on sale. Follow the link below to purchase your tickets. The cost of the ticket is $65 per person for dinner/banquet or $750.00 for a table of ten (10).
